Durrës

An Adriatic port city in Albania, on the site of ancient Epidamnus.

A Catholic archiepiscopal see since 1300, which lost its metropolitan status and was merged into one archbishopric with the Albanian capital Tirana (where the cathedral now is).

An Orthodox archbishopric.
