A town, the county seat of Somerset County, Maryland, United States. Named after Anne, Princess Royal and Princess of Orange.

An unincorporated community in the independent city of Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States. It was the county seat of the former Princess Anne County until 1963, when it was merged with Virginia Beach. Named after Princess Anne of Denmark and Norway, later Queen Anne.
