Article 23 (1) In order to allow a person who intends to make a Disclosure Request easily and appropriately, the heads of Administrative Organs shall provide information that contributes to specifying the Administrative Documents held by the Administrative Organs and take other appropriate measures that take into account the convenience of the person intending to make the Disclosure Request.
