Thatch weave
(military, aviation) An air combat maneuver, to use when an enemy is chasing one of a pair of alliied aircraft. The chasee weaves back and forth in a path, to lead the chaser into a position, so that the wingmate of the chasee can maneuver in a reciprocal weave, to target the chaser body-on.
