Prosecutors in Kaohsiung will make a decision Monday over charges against a car driver who struck and killed a woman on a pedestrian crossing Sunday while five times over the legal blood alcohol limit. The 38-year old suspect, identified by his last name Huang (黃), was caught driving under the influence after he struck a family of four using a pedestrian crossing on the intersection of Hedong Road and Guomin Street in the city's Cianjin District at around 7 p.m. Sunday.
