The discharge of the petitioner to the charge of the executors alleged that the REv. THomas Conway was a member of the Order of Saint Dominic, and that is not denied; and the said discharge further stated that the said legacy to the Rev. Thomas Conway was in trust for the sole use and benefit of the members of the Order of Saint Dominic, and was void. The Rev. P. T.
