In this study, gene order of ClasGV-B was compared to all other sequenced betabaculoviruses and to Autographa californica MNPV (AcMNPV), Neodiprion sertifer NPV (NeseNPV) and Culex nigripalpus NPV (CuniNPV), the representatives of alpha-, gamma- and deltabaculoviruses, using Gene Parity Plot [27 ].
