Mutant ccha flies, where the ccha2 gene was reintroduced (green line in Fig 5 ), pupariated at about 150 hrs, meaning that they had been rescued by about 75%, which is the same number seen in the feeding assays (green bars in Fig 2 and Fig 4 ).
