Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from leukocytes which were purchased from the Memorial Blood Centers (St. Paul, MN) and New York Blood Center (New York, NY) or from 5–10 ml blood from 3 pediatric patients with OS, botyroid rhabdomyosarcoma (BRMS) and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS).
