The patient with bladder cancer underwent bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy and radical cystoprostatovesiculectomy with a continent catheterizable reservoir and final histology revealed pT3b pN0 (0/15) cM0 G3 mucus-producing adenocarcinoma of the bladder.
