Accordingly, it can be concluded that sensory units other than visual feedback may involve in the central-control adaptation among the DPN group; however, this hypothesis requires further investigation of the effect of sensory feedback mechanisms in order to separately assess vestibular, extroceptive, and visual balance regulation performance.
