More will find their ways into video games because the gamescapes remain unregulated by the FTC. If video games should ever become protected as 'free speech' under the First Amendment (that's what the industry and retailers want), it will be very difficult to regulate the advertisements in video games because they will become part of a protected 'free speech!'
