Some dwarf boas and erycines climb occasionally, and arboreal specializations have evolved independently in Green Pythons (Morelia viridis), Pacific Tree Boas (C. bibronii), neotropical tree boas (Corallus), and Vine Boas (Epicrates gracilis).
