Local government shares very little information between different sectors, which makes it necessary to establish specialized information database of aged population. In the pilot project of CNCA, local committees take the opportunity of implementing established community population files for the elderly. For example in the Beiguan district city of Anyang Henan province, over 35,000 seniors basic data as been entered in the information database.
