For example, on the website of the Government of Luolong District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, the interpretations and explanations of enrollment policies of schools of compulsory education are put not in the column of Policy Interpretations", but in the column "Luolong Today", in which the information is updated more quickly than in other columns, thus making these explanations and interpretations even more difficult to find.
