I was quite accurate in saying that not a single anti-vaccinist was appointed on the Commission. Dr.. Collins was appointed as a sceptic seeking for information, and Mr. Picton, M.P., as opposed to compulsion; if they are now anti-vaccinist, this development has been due to what they have heard before the Commission, but, as far as I know, has been avowed by neither.
