The majority of tourists, particularly those who visit during the peak summer months of July and August, reach Qimei by boat. At first I thought the guy was going after him as a J6 supporter and then it looks like he’s in charge and the veteran gains more security. I’m guessing it’s because they’re afraid the gun toting J6ers might harm the veteran…?
