Once again we see clear evidence of how the US al-CIAda front works in regard to its on/off relationship. The well planned and executed events of 9-11 meant that the ongoing relationship with al-CIAda that began in Afghanistan with the Reagan/Casey war against the USSR could now be set in the off position.
