テッチャンとは、牛(うし)の大(だい)腸(ちょう)、すなわちシマ腸(ちょう)のことを指(さ)します。シマ腸(ちょう)鍋(なべ)なんです。

Tetchan to wa, ushi no daichō, sunawachi shimachō no koto o sashimasu. Shimachō nabe na n desu.Tetchan is cow large intestine, i.e. what is called shimachō. It is shimachō hotpot.
