Examples of use include the dice game チンチロリン, where ピンゾロ means a roll consisting of three aces; the hanafuda (花札) games 八八 and 六百間 (among others), where the term refers to a pair; the kabufuda (株札) or hanafuda game おいちょかぶ, where it refers to a triplet (equivalent to the term アラシ) or pair.
